i dont understand why people complain about having to queue to pay for something!! there isnt a seperate queue in primark if you just wanted to buy socks so why should it be different at slaters!!....my experience has always been a good experience and i never wait too long..the staff are always helpful.. it seems to be the last minute!!! customers that seem to complain.
The staff don't know the prices of their items!! I was charged a different price for the exact same polo shirt as my friend bought for her son! It doesn't make sense! Untrained young staff who dont know what they are doing.
Its called you being last minute and making us rush actually s***** lady

My experience with slaters as always been second to none , I have a disable daughter , who needs her uniform altering to fit , and they always get her everything she needs and alter everything to fit , at NO extra cost . I don't get that service at any other shop . But I do have to queue to pay at any other shop I go in !!!!!
Absolute joke went in picked up one pair of trousers (i know the size) and a jumper and approached the till to pay only to be told I had to join a queue of approx 20 people who were waiting to be advised, and try on, several garments!! Asked if there was a facility to "just pay" and got told no and was informed they were very busy.................aren't we all was my reply!! In future will be using alternative shops that stock the same items and dont involve a ridiculous queuing system!!
I've been into slaters today sunday 23 August , it was busy and I joined the queue, a waited about 5 mins to be served , the staff get through the queue very quickly, there is always a lot of staff , who are very helpfull..

not everybody waits to be advised, im sure you cant jump the queue in any other store if you just want a pair of trousers and a jumper, it would cause uproar!!!!!
